Bostal's R&D team has rich theoretical and practical experience in the development of water-insoluble drug dosage forms. The tool book “Water-Insoluble Drug Formulation” which was edited by Dr. Ron Liu, the founder of the company, has been reprinted for many times in the United States. Chinese version of the book has also been published in recent years. In addition to the amorphous solid dispersion and particle size reduction technology, the team has also applied a variety of solubilization approaches that can improve the solubility and bioavailability of compounds, such as oral self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS) and soft capsule, etc., to provide various solutions for challenges encountered during the development of water-insoluble drugs.
