Bostal has established platform technology for injectable in-situ gels. The team has accumulated rich experience on handling different kinds of challenges in injectable in-situ gel product development, such as burst release control, high-viscosity formulation preparation, high-viscosity fluid filling, product specific sterile strategy, repeatable in vitro dissolution method, bio-burden test method and sterile test method, etc. Bostal team has successfully completed feasibility study for several in-situ gel products and the cGMP production line is available to facilitate the manufacturing of GMP batches.
